Thunderbird Hot Air Balloon                   Classic, The Awakening

Before the break of day the balloonist are preparing their balloons for the morning activities.

As the spectators arrive they see the balloons starting to stir as hot air is blown into them.

As the other balloons are filled one lone balloon lifts off, this one is called the "fox". It's job is to place a target on the ground that the other balloons will have to find. When they locate the target the pursuit ballons will drop their markers, the closest marker wins.

While the fox runs the pursuit balloons continue to fill up until they rise from the ground to stand in preparation for lifting off.

Finally the signal is given and the balloons begin to quietly float up into the sky providing the spectators with a simply beautiful sight.
